- The service must not have been fully delivered or consumed
Subscription Services:
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
- Cancellations will stop future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period
Technical Defects or Delays:
- If a technical issue prevents the delivery of the service, we will attempt to resolve the issue within 24 hours of it being reported to our support team
- If the issue cannot be resolved within this timeframe, we will provide compensation in the form of a coupon (voucher) for equivalent or additional value for future use of our service

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
- Purchases or subscription fees for transactions made more than 7 days ago (for one-time purchases)
- Subscription cancellations only apply to stopping future charges, not for refunds of the current billing cycle
